My name is Joshua Weintraub. I’m a photographer from New Jersey who currently resides in South Florida for most of the year. My photographic journey has been pretty interesting over the past few years. In college, I was a fine art major at the University of Delaware and decided to focus mainly on photography and digital design. I ended up studying photography abroad in Tanzania through the art program and that opportunity is really what helped me in deciding that I wanted to pursue photography as my main medium as it’s what I’m most passionate about.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve mainly worked in high school sports in the South Florida area for plenty of private and public schools. My principal focus has been to build up my portfolio and make connections to get to the next step. Sports are something I’m very passionate about and I really enjoy capturing special moments and turning them into a permanent memory. I believe that you get the best results in your work when you truly enjoy the process.
